How do I stop typeSmart starting up in OSX Classic Mode?

TypeSmart is not supported in Classic mode. If typeSmart inadvertantly starts up in Classic Mode, it could mean you have more than one copy on your hard disk.

Please make sure you have only one version of the software on your Mac by deleting the extra copies (keep your most up-to-date Progress Record of course).

OR

delete all copies and make sure you install using the OSX file ending in .dmg

Shut down the Classic mode if it is running.

Then launch typeSmart by DRAGGING the Progress Record file onto the typeSmart application in the usual Mac way. The next time, clicking on the Progress Record file should open the application without any problem, as the OSX system should remember it.
