How do I start a new Progress Record?

Go to File > New and save the Progress Record.

Of course, this means you will also need to enter your details again and answer the preliminary questions again.

It is probably a good idea to create a new Progress Record, enter those details, then save as a backup copy. Then each time you wants to start fresh, you just make a copy from the backup, and use that for your new Progress Record.
