I can't find an icon for the typeSmart Progress Record?
This is usually fixed by rebuilding the MacOS Desktop file. This is relatively easy in MacOS9 but a "geek" process in MacOX.
For MacOS9: WARNING: A disruption such as a power failure during this process will cause a temporary loss of access to your files, and another rebuild will be necessary.
Close all programs and do a restart. Before the system extension icons start appearing across the bottom of the screen, hold down the Option-Command keys. When the confirmatory dialog soon appears, click OK. The process may take more than a few minutes if your hard disk has many files.
