Sometimes virus protection software interfers with the installation. Try disabling it before starting the installation. Remember to re-enable it when completed.

Sometimes the file has been corrupted while downloading. Corruption during download happens more often with the slower dial-up phone internet connections, so it is best to not do anything on your computer while the download is in progress — take a break!

If you repeatedly have this problem please contact us and we will forward you the file as an email attachment but note that the attachment (between 2 and 4 MB) may exceed your ISP limitations.
